1. Product Overview: High-Precision Rotary Enamel Wire Stripping Tool

Enamel insulation stripping is an essential pre-soldering process for transformer, inductor, relay and motor coil manufacturing. Uneven paint stripping, scratched copper cores or residual enamel layers will directly cause poor soldering, increased wire resistance, coil short circuits and mass defective finished products.

SIPU precision adjustable rotary wire stripper heads adopt premium artificial diamond blade material, which brings ultra-high wear resistance and stable stripping consistency. 

Our multi-claw rotary stripping structure achieves 360° uniform paint layer removal, completely protecting the internal copper conductor from damage. Widely compatible with full-automatic coil winding machines and semi-automatic special stripping equipment, covering ultra-fine wire to thick heavy-gauge enameled wire processing scenarios.

5. Professional Operation & Adjusting Method

5.1 Adjust Stripping Wire Range

Put the enameled copper wire into the guide pin hole, rotate the cutter body to make the blades close naturally, then tighten fixing screw A to lock the matching wire diameter parameters.

5.2 Optimize Stripping Process Effect

The paint stripping depth is positively correlated with motor rotating speed and wire feeding speed. Properly adjust equipment RPM (0-8000 adjustable) and wire running speed, to achieve the best complete paint removal effect without damaging copper core.


6. Important Usage Notes

6.1. Please read the full product instruction manual carefully before installation and operation.

6.2. Diamond blades are fragile precision parts, please handle and install gently to avoid impact damage.

6.3. Do not loosen the red marked positioning screws on the stripper head at will, which will cause precision deviation and uneven stripping quality.

6.4. Match corresponding model stripper according to actual wire diameter, avoid overload cutting operation.
