We have a specialized After-Sales Department separate from our sales team. These engineers are experts in mechanical debugging and software logic.
• Response Time: We guarantee a technical response within 12 hours (considering time zones).
• Channel: Direct support via Email, WhatsApp, or Video Conference.
2. Spare Parts Strategy (Proactive Maintenance)
Distance should not be a barrier.
• Standard Kit: Every machine comes with a complimentary set of common wear parts and tools.
• Safety Stock Recommendation: For international clients, we strongly recommend purchasing an additional "Emergency Spare Parts Kit" (including sensors, nozzles, and belts) along with the machine. This small investment acts as insurance, preventing days of lost production while waiting for shipping.
3. Urgent Response for Core Components
In the rare event of a core component failure (e.g., servo motor, PLC):
• Immediate Action: Please notify us immediately. We treat machine-down situations with the highest priority.
• Express Delivery: We will activate our "Urgent Channel" to ship replacement parts via DHL/FedEx/UPS, aiming to reduce your downtime to the absolute minimum.
