The Booth Next to the Industry Leader
This year, our booth was positioned right next to NIDE, one of China's most renowned precision winding equipment manufacturers — a company we respect and learn from. Their presence reinforced what we already knew: the Chinese winding industry has matured, and European buyers are paying close attention to what Chinese manufacturers can deliver. That proximity pushed us to refine our own positioning. We are not competing on scale — we are building a differentiated edge: specialized, flexible, and deeply responsive.
A Smaller Crowd, But the Right Conversations
The visitor numbers at our booth were lower than our first Berlin appearance. But we noticed a key point: the visitors who stopped by were highly targeted and genuinely interested. We reconnected with long term partners and industry peers, and held in depth discussions with new buyers with specific project requirements in mind. For us, meaningful conversation quality matters more than the quantity of business cards collected.
What We Brought — and Why It Worked
We made a deliberate strategic choice this year: no heavy machinery on site. Instead, we showcased our finished coil products — relay coils, ignition coils, new energy vehicle coils, valve coils, and a wide range of custom specified windings — alongside our tooling and accessories.
This lighter, more visual display drove far reaching conversations. Visitors could see, touch and directly understand what our winding machines are engineered to produce. The feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with many clients stating this was the most intuitive demonstration of Chinese coil manufacturing capabilities they had seen.
