Sipu Visits the VIIF Exhibition In Vietnam
The Vietnam International Industrial Fair (VIIF) is one of Vietnam's largest comprehensive industrial exhibitions. Hosted by the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Science and Technology, and VCCI, the annual event showcases machine tools, metal processing, industrial automation, robotics, transmission equipment, and electronic components.
Recently, the SIPU team visited the VIIF exhibition in Hanoi to conduct in-depth market research on automation demands for relay coils, ignition coils, solenoid coils and other precision winding applications. During the visit, our team held face-to-face business exchanges with potential local clients and industry partners across Vietnam and Southeast Asia.
The exhibition gathered manufacturers from home and abroad with clearly divided national exhibition zones. Within the exhibition areas we visited, we observed around 30–40 Chinese enterprises participating, fully demonstrating that overseas expansion has become a mainstream trend for Chinese manufacturing industries. The event attracted a large number of distributors and agents. Meanwhile, a growing number of local Vietnamese automation manufacturers, including non-standard automation equipment suppliers, showed impressive technical concepts and practical solutions, reflecting Vietnam’s rapid manufacturing upgrading momentum.
Focusing on our core products including full-automatic relay coil production lines, multi-axis precision winding machines and tape wrapping machines, the SIPU team conducted in-depth technical communication with two Korean enterprises and held business discussions with local Vietnamese automation manufacturers and Chinese distributors in Vietnam. We thoroughly learned local demands for winding precision, production efficiency, quick model change and localized after-sales support.
Through on-site investigation and industry observation, we obtained first-hand market insights: Southeast Asian coil and relay manufacturers are currently in the transition period from semi-automatic and manual production to fully automatic winding lines, with increasing demand for complete turnkey solutions and fast local service response.
In the next stage, SIPU will optimize equipment configurations based on local working conditions, voltage standards and operating habits of Southeast Asian markets. By improving localized product adaptation and regional service networks, SIPU will continue to provide reliable coil winding automation solutions to help local manufacturers improve productivity and product quality, and further deepen our overseas market layout in Southeast Asia.
